For Listeners
- Is ZIK.AIR free? Can I play it in my shop or café?
- Yes — completely free to stream. We even grant you a free license to play the station live in public spaces like shops, offices, or cafés; no separate venue performance license is required. See Terms §2.1.
- Can I record or download the stream?
- No. The stream is designed for live, real-time listening. Recording, ripping, or permanently saving the audio is not permitted. See Terms §2.2.
- How does the weekly chart work, and what's not allowed?
- Each week a ballot opens mixing the channel's hits with promising new tracks. Listeners pick up to five songs; the results shape the next week's Top 10. To keep the chart honest, using bots, duplicate accounts, or coordinated voting to game the results is strictly forbidden and will get you permanently blocked. See Terms §2.3.
- What cookies or local storage does the site use?
- We keep it minimal: an essential login cookie set by Supabase (keeps you signed in) and a localStorage entry for an anonymous voter ID (so the chart stays fair). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. See Privacy §2.6.
For Artists
- What kind of music can I submit?
- Strictly AI-generated music only — tracks made with generative models, neural synthesizers, or algorithmic composition tools. Traditionally recorded human performances and conventional studio productions are not accepted. See Terms §3.1.
- Does my track go live immediately after I upload it?
- Not automatically. Every submission enters our review queue where it is checked for content standards and audio quality. Tracks are approved (or auto-approved after a set window) before they can air. We may approve, reject, hold, or remove any submission at our discretion. See Terms §3.2.
- What content is not allowed?
- Tracks, lyrics, or voice intros containing profanity, vulgarity, explicit themes, harassment, or hate speech are rejected. Zero tolerance for cover songs, heavily sampled commercial hooks, or unauthorized vocal models cloning real people's voices — those result in an immediate permanent ban. See Terms §3.3 and §3.4.
- How often can I submit tracks?
- One track every fourteen (14) days per artist. Creating a second account to bypass the cooldown is forbidden and will result in your entire catalog being wiped. See Terms §3.6.
- Who owns my music? What license am I giving you?
- You keep 100% ownership of your recording and compositional rights. You grant ZIK.AIR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to perform and broadcast your track (and any approved voice intro or lyrics) over the internet for promotional purposes. See Terms §3.7.
- How do I take my track down?
- Notify us through the portal interface or by email. We will remove the file from our active rotation within a few business days. Note that program blocks already scheduled or archived broadcast segments containing the track may be retained — no future programming will include the file after takedown. See Terms §3.7.
- What happens if a distributor (DistroKid / Content ID) flags my song?
- If any distributor or automated fingerprinting system files a claim against our stream, we immediately freeze and remove your music without prior notice. Your track stays locked out until you resolve the claim with your distributor and whitelist our platform, then notify us. We hold no liability for visibility lost during this period. See Terms §3.8.
- Will I receive emails? How do I unsubscribe?
- By creating an artist profile you agree to receive functional updates — airtime schedules and broadcast digests. We never send spam or sell your address. You can adjust or disable optional emails at any time in your portal notification preferences. See Terms §3.5.

- How do I contact you, request my data, or file a copyright complaint?
- Use the Contact page. Select the appropriate category — general, data request, or copyright complaint. Copyright notices should include the six elements listed in Terms §7. Data access or erasure requests are handled within 7 business days per our Privacy Policy §2.4.
- How old do I have to be to use ZIK.AIR?
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, upload content, or use interactive features like voting and charts. See Terms §4 and Privacy §2.7.
