Our Commitment

ZIK.AIR is committed to making its digital services accessible to all people, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998 and its Regulations (Accessibility of Service, 5773–2013).

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.0 Level AA and the Israeli Standard IS 5568 (ת"י 5568). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Efforts Made

To meet this standard, we have taken the following steps:

• Provided keyboard navigation support throughout the site, including skip-to-content links.
• Used semantic HTML elements (headings, landmarks, lists) to convey document structure.
• Added ARIA labels, roles, and live regions to interactive and dynamic content.
• Ensured all form fields have visible labels and descriptive error messages.
• Made the site responsive and operable at up to 400% zoom without loss of content.

Known Limitations

Some third-party embedded video content (e.g. YouTube) may lack closed captions. We are not responsible for the accessibility of third-party content but will report missing captions to providers when identified.
